In accordance with NCCFCU bylaws, Directors are elected at the Annual Meeting. Chairman of the Board, Dr. Kevin Wolf has announced the 2025 Annual Meeting is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, April 16th, 2025 at 5:30 PM in the lobby of the main branch located at 2401 East Ash Street, Goldsboro, NC.

The following individuals have been nominated by the Nominating Committee to serve on the NCCFCU Board of Directors:

Mr. Keith Spivey is the Founder and has served as the acting Pastor of Zoae Christian Center in Fremont, NC since 2001. He is also employed with Team Chevrolet in Goldsboro. Mr. Spivey is degreed in Business Administration and HR Management from the University of Mount Olive. He previously served on the NCCFCU Supervisory Committee since July 2014 and has served on the Board of Directors since July 2022. He is seeking re-election to another three-year term.

Ms. Sarah Gaylor is the Senior Internal Auditor for Johnston County. Ms. Gaylor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from NC State University and a Masters degree in accounting from Appalachian State University. Ms. Gaylor has served her community as the secretary of Business Link of Wayne County, secretary of the Goldsboro Junior Women’s Club and a board member of the NC Downtown Development Association. Ms. Gaylor is seeking re-election to a three-year term.

Ms. Ginger Moore is a dedicated public service professional currently serving as the Assistant County Manager and Consolidated Health and Human Services Director for Wayne County. Ginger’s career began at NC Community Federal Credit Union, where she served as HR Manager, and she has since held various leadership roles in Wayne County. As an active community member, she is passionate about supporting and enriching the lives of Wayne County residents. Ginger is committed to leveraging her extensive experience to enhance the welfare of her community.

At the Annual Meeting the election will not be conducted by ballot nor will nominations from the floor be permitted when there exists only one nominee per vacancy. 

All NCCFCU members are invited to attend.
