During 2018, NCCFCU went through a total lobby area décor update, which included lighting, painting, floor covering, furniture, and; rearrangement of office space. It is important to us that our member-owners feel welcome and comfortable while they transact their financial affairs.
It is equally important to all our staff that our member-owners receive a high standard of service, not only at the teller line, but also when you visit with a service representative, or; while conducting transactions via computer, phone or tablet.
We are hard at work transforming the way we provide our services so there is an efficient functionality in the process. In early 2019, NCCFCU will introduce an enhanced website, which will provide a more fluid automation for opening accounts, applying for loans, and; transacting your financial affairs, whether you are visiting a branch or accessing your accounts electronically.
